What we collect. The handle and email address you provide at registration, and standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

Why, and our legal basis. We process this data only to operate the CTF — create your account, let you log in, and keep the platform secure and available. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for your email, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the event for technical logs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own use; send marketing; or use it for any purpose beyond running this event.

Retention. We keep registration data only for the duration of the event and delete all of it within 30 days after the event ends (by July 17th, 2026). Technical logs are deleted on the same schedule.

Processors / hosting. The platform runs on Amazon Web Services (region: EU — Paris, eu-west-3) acting as our data processor under a Data Processing Addendum. No data is transferred outside the EU by us.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Email asoullie@rs-formation-conseil.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies. We use a single session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in; no analytics or advertising cookies.
